Europe and Eurasia Shipping
For orders shipped to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and select Eurasian destinations, we ship via international express courier direct from South Korea. Most shipments are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Australia, New Zealand & Rest of World Shipping
All orders outside of South Korea and Europe/Eurasia are shipped via international express courier direct from South Korea. Most shipments are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia's 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by Elune Mode are a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
