Australian & New Zealand Shipping
We store part of our stock in South Korea right after production, and part in Australia.
- Orders from South Korea stock (shipped to Australia): Delivered via International Express within 2–5 business days.
- Orders from Australia stock:
- Australia Post Standard: 2–5 business days
- Australia Post Express: 1–2 business days
- Express shipments within metro areas: 1–2 business days
- Areas outside metro regions, as well as WA & NT: Please allow an extra 2 business days
We use Australian Registered Post for all orders within Australia.

*Delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is collected by postal service.
All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.
International Shipping
For international orders, we work with a range of express courier partners depending on the destination. Most international shipments are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by Elune Mode are a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
Please note that All international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
