Australian Shipping

 

We use Australia Post Standard (2-5 business days) and Express services (1–2 business days). We use DHL Express for all international orders. Express shipments within metro areas deliver with 1–2 business days. Areas outside these metro regions, as well as WA & NT should allow an extra 2 business days.

 

We use Australian Registered Post for all orders within Australia.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

Duties & Taxes

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

Unfortunately, ELUNE cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by ELUNE are a best estimate only and ELUNE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
